No. Many clients are not home during scheduled cleanings. As long as we have access (door code, key, garage, or instructions), our team can complete the service and lock up after.
Yes. We bring professional-grade supplies and equipment. If you prefer specific products for your home or business, you can leave them out and we’ll use them as requested.
Time depends on square footage, condition of the space, and service type. Most residential cleanings take 2–4 hours. Commercial cleanings vary by scope and frequency.
Regular cleaning focuses on maintaining cleanliness (surfaces, floors, bathrooms, kitchen, and general upkeep). Deep cleaning includes extra detail and buildup areas (baseboards, doors, deep bathroom detailing, and other high-touch or neglected zones).
Yes. Twelve Cleaning is fully insured. Your home or business is protected, and our teams follow structured protocols on every visit.
Yes. We offer recurring residential plans (weekly/bi-weekly) and recurring commercial schedules (from weekly to multiple visits per week), depending on your needs and workflow.
